Con la última versión (agosto 2023), eliminaron el icono para editar los pins permanentes. Así quedan bloqueados!!!! Ojalá lo resuelvan lo antes posible.

I have spent hundreds of dollars on locks that malfunction constantly. There are serious quality issues with this brand. I have two of the fingerprint locks that have paired then while doing the recommended firmware update it just errored and ended. The drive shows up on my device list yet I can’t do anything to add access fingerprints. When I try to delete the lock it just gives me an error message so I won’t even delete off the account. Waste of money. Do not buy from this brand

I bought this lock because I have an Airbnb home and I was tired of having to change locks from time to time and and always having different keys or different combinations in a different people coming in and out or be very difficult to try to remember it all, but with this lock, it allows you to give out passwords. Take them away at any time connect to it from anywhere. It is a perfect addition to anybody’s home whether or not you’re using it for Airbnb or renting it is a perfect addition to any home because you can give a combination to anyone of your family members. They all can be different combinations if you’d like it could be some of their favorite numbers so that each one can remember their lock well and it is beneficial because let’s say you have a delivery or you have somebody that is coming over on announced and you have a lock and a fence at your front yard where nobody can walk up to your front door without opening the small gate or big gate then they just have to give you a call and say can you let me in and you could let them in without a code or you can give them a code. It’s so unique in the way that the way that it’s built, the craftsmanship the workmanship the detail I do not have one regret and I’ve been using it for about 2 1/2 months now and I just had to leave a review

This app constantly logs you out and doesn’t save your password. The password reset process is a drawn-out pain. This is the kind of app where when I need it, I NEED IT now, not in 15 minutes. It’s so frustrating.

This app needs some updates! It doesn't even give you the option to save the username and password in iCloud Keychain. It also needs an auto-update feature for the bridge or at least the option to update automatically. Another issue is that the app keeps signing you out if you don't open it for a couple of weeks. The interface needs improvement; everything is buried in different places, making it hard to find what you need. There's also a bug where if you set a weekly unlock code, after the first use, it shows "unknown" as the person opening it instead of displaying the name. This makes it difficult to identify who is opening the lock if multiple people use it once per week, as you won't know from the notifications or logs.

cannot get into my account and cannot reach anyone. I use this for business and this app will not work.

App keeps glitching every time I try to open the door! I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times still does not work

Just got it and the lock will not pair. Tried on 3 phones and after hitting the pair button always get the same network error 14.1.502. I will update my review depending on response time from support.

What the manual describes and the instructions it gives very often have little to do with what one finds in the app.
