We use these for work with a shared account, we have 6 devices across 3 sites. The usability is fine, although wifi would be great so they stay synced as that can be a pain But my biggest gripe is the stupid app logs out every few days/weeks and as it’s a shared account, I don’t have the login details handy all the time, so it’s incredibly inconvenient

I was very happy with my igloo key box until recent software updates have removed functionality from older locks. I can see from other reviews that others have had a similar experience. I contacted the company and they told me there was no way to revert back to an older version of the software so I cannot get the functionality that I originally purchased back. This planned obsolescence is highly disappointing and unethical in my opinion. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

Emailed support about no longer able to edit individual Airbnb bookings and change the check in time - in effect, breaking existing working functionality. They couldn’t care less and advise they have zero intentions of fixing. Even changing check in times for ALL Airbnb connected bookings is buggy. Totally made the smartlock irrelevant now. Really lousy support and app - great idea (it was once) but now poor execution so useless.

I used to be able to easily share PIN codes from the app to any message service, email or social media messages. It sent all the details to do with generated PIN code like time available etc. Now all I can do is copy the number and I then have to go to the message or email app and paste it. It doesn’t copy the details. So I have to take a screenshot. So annoying. The old way to share PIN codes was better.

What a terrible app, unable to set up and absolutely no support.

Really great app and lock! I wish they would add a home screen widget on iOS 14 so that we can unlock the door with less taps - directly from the home screen.

I left a one star review the other month saying that if they were to fix the problem of not being able to generate your own 4 digit pin code I would leave a 5 star. They have made this possible since that review... amazing. The lock is now perfect

Love the lock

I have spent hundreds of dollars on locks that malfunction constantly. There are serious quality issues with this brand. I have two of the fingerprint locks that have paired then while doing the recommended firmware update it just errored and ended. The drive shows up on my device list yet I can’t do anything to add access fingerprints. When I try to delete the lock it just gives me an error message so I won’t even delete off the account. Waste of money. Do not buy from this brand

I bought this lock because I have an Airbnb home and I was tired of having to change locks from time to time and and always having different keys or different combinations in a different people coming in and out or be very difficult to try to remember it all, but with this lock, it allows you to give out passwords. Take them away at any time connect to it from anywhere. It is a perfect addition to anybody’s home whether or not you’re using it for Airbnb or renting it is a perfect addition to any home because you can give a combination to anyone of your family members. They all can be different combinations if you’d like it could be some of their favorite numbers so that each one can remember their lock well and it is beneficial because let’s say you have a delivery or you have somebody that is coming over on announced and you have a lock and a fence at your front yard where nobody can walk up to your front door without opening the small gate or big gate then they just have to give you a call and say can you let me in and you could let them in without a code or you can give them a code. It’s so unique in the way that the way that it’s built, the craftsmanship the workmanship the detail I do not have one regret and I’ve been using it for about 2 1/2 months now and I just had to leave a review
