I happened to be logged out of my app recently, and when trying to log in again, the screen loads forever and just hangs. I’ve tried resetting the app, my phone as well as changing the password. None works. Called the helpline on the website and was given the advise to turn off private relay on my iCloud settings but to no avail. Fortunately staff on the line were very helpful and nice to remotely open the gym doors for me else I would have made a wasted trip due to faulty app. PLEASE UPDATE IT OTHERWISE THE GYM IS INACCESSIBLE

Apps loading error. When i keyin my phone number the apps keep loading.

Keeps asking for update every day. Very annoying

The registration link is so low that it can’t be tapped. Edit: finally registered, but can’t top up. The entire app experience is so poor. I really want to be your customer, yet your app prevented me to be one.

App hangs when you enter mobile number when registering new account!

Stuck at loading, really disappointed! How to resolve: turn off your iCloud Private relay feature! Are you using a untrusted server?

Ive been told to register on this app but when putting my phone number, the app hang with a loading screen and i did waited for almost half an hour and still the same pls pls do something or update the app.

Very continent and cheap, machine is also good to train .

It has been months. Since March that I cannot top-up my wallet using my cards. What’s going on with this app? Everything used to be going so well. The gym has adequate equipment and near my home but because of this issue, I can’t even enter.

Terrible app. Not working on iPhone 13. Can’t even sign up / log in
