Why is there no integration with Apple Health for blood pressure results???
Good when it works, but continually fails to find blood pressure cuff, or finds it and drops out. Bluetooth has no problem registering device and appears to be permanently connected, but app is not registering connection and gives errors frequently, so this is obviously bad coding in the app. I notice this is a frequent reason for users giving low ratings. Please fix these problems.
I have repeatedly tried to use this to test my blood pressure with absolutely no success it has only worked ONCE when I tried to return it from where I bought it …. Because it worked they would not refund me however it has not ever worked before or since …. Just keeps saying “error” 😡😡
Same problem as earlier review, my scale won’t connect either after last software update. Tried everything for days now. Please fix or rollback.
I’ve been using my HS5 body analysis scale successfully and happily for many years connected to my iPhone. But suddenly, after the most recent app update, the app no longer connects to the scale. I’ve tried every suggestion I can find, reset router, restart iPhone (XS), changed scale batteries for new, forgot the device in the app and tried to reset from scratch. The Bluetooth connection works OK, and the local network sharing pop up appears, but the app cannot then find the scale. The scale goes from set to 0.0 with a steady wifi symbol. But if I weigh myself, I get a weight, then a flashing 01, then ER 05, then body fat percentage. Help...??!!
You can only export your data if you use the iOS mail app, no functionality for gmail users to export their data 😞
I have one of the scales and the blood pressure cuff. Both work well. Software sometimes can be a bit laggy eg. weight measurement takes a while to upload to the cloud and be visible in the app, but mostly works every time. The hardware is very good, I’ve had no issues with either device over the last 3.5 years (purchased in Sep 2017)
Great app when it works. Please fix the bugs. It is totally unusable at the moment.
