The Weight information of scale hs6 is very hard to sync with iPhone! No have the sync button, could not auto sync

Got free tests from the government (I know you get what you pay for… but I’ve been getting free covid tests from the government since the pandemic and I’ve always gotten quality product or at least something that makes sense.) Sorry, but I refuse to download an app and create an account JUST SO I CAN WATCH AN INSTRUCTIONAL VIDEO because iHealth has to have two different kinds of covid tests but use same packaging for both, to make things as confusing as possible for potential users who have a fever and a blinding headache. I’m not creating an account and giving you access to all my information just to watch a freaking video because you can’t create a product that makes sense.

I prefer this version of the app over the newer one. It allows for entering meals for calorie intake. I have but one concern. I have a contactless thermometer by iHealth. It does not have Bluetooth capability. It would be nice if I could manually enter my temperature. Hope this can get fixed to allow manual entry of all vital signs.

They used to be able to sync to my Apple health on Apple phones and also connect with my doctors app but now when going to the partner services it’s not working anymore. Also the blood pressure keeps failing in the app even after removing and re-adding

After I have finished creating the account I found out that it doesn’t support Apple Watches. Deleted

Why did my Covid test sent me this app to download? Not only am I sick but you people just wasted 15 minutes of my life

It won’t allow me to set up my scale no matter now much I try, and their new app does not support my scale! Horrible. The scale works and I cannot get access to all of its features.

I have eye problems and I can’t read labels and instructions. I was glad to download the instructions. It went much smoother. Thank you!

My midwife suggested I get this app to be able to submit weight and blood pressure readings for at home monitoring during pregnancy. It would be nice if there was a way I could put in my profile that I’m pregnant so the app wouldn’t tell me I’m supposedly obese when I check my weight to send to my provider. That’s triggering for so many people and I really don’t need to hear that in the middle of pregnancy. If anything I’m closer to behind on gaining weight so how is that helpful? It’s not. My initial thought is that I wouldn’t use this app if it wasn’t for at home monitoring to be used by my obgyn.

Website Error (500) spent my time updating my name and password because I wasn’t sure. Waste of time. Useless
