Easy to use

IHG app has the most horrible and unprofessional customer service. Checked with them on 3 difference occasions and they are unable to response.

Account was registered by the hotel and I could never reset my password and login. Lodge a complaint to their chat service with also no solution. Someone even called me to try to rectify but nothing could be done.

Booking a stay with IHG is a breeze. Work made easy.

Probably the worst customer service I’ve experienced from a hotel chain. And if they didn’t have Chatbots or a call centre where someone actually cared, then they probably would have more customers in their hotels. Disgusting considering their cost structure. Basic customer care would go along way.

For now ihg not stable everything call cs is 2022 like this ?

When it works it’s fine. However, half the time it’s not working. Couldn’t log in, or membership details not pulling up, or couldn’t book a stay

After I updated my app, all reservation went missing. Also cannot relogin , try the forget function ; it does not work as well. Very unstable app after I have updated the app in sept 2022.

Since you upgraded your app (couple of months ago), I’m no longer able to log in on the app. Login and password is working on website but not on app. Restarting, deleting app and download again,… nothing works. This is very frustrating
