IHG Hotels & Prämien

I get a ton of emails from IHG with offers but once you book you dont get any of the points mentioned. Support is not helpful too. They got confused with another customer and send me his name.

Ich habe mehrere Buchungen gemacht. Mir wurden die Punkte nie gutgeschrieben, die Reisen sind einfach aus meinem Profil verschwunden. Vom Support kam keine Antwort. Für mich absolut unbrauchbar

Through family and career circumstances I have visited 55 countries so far in my life. Professionally I have been fortunate to promote my company’s products and to be the chosen supplier in 27 countries. In most of these, wherever there was a Holiday Inn or a Crowne Plaza, I had the pleasure to stay there. After nearly 40 years of global business travel I think I have learnt a thing or two about hotels. For convenience and good value for money this has been my choice. What else?

Komischerweise konnte ich noch nie ein freies Zimmer finden über diese App. Wenn ich anrufe, hat es selbstverständlich noch frei Zimmer. Nur um meine gesammelten Punkte zu sehen, braucht man keine App. Was soll das? Club Mitgliedschaft macht wenig Sinn wenn es nicht genutzt werden kann.

J aimerais utiliser l apps. Mais elle patine et ne me permets pas de réserver. J ai des points que j aimerais utiliser mais je ne peux pas... je suis déçue

Schade, dass der Statuszähler neu bei 75‘000 Punkten endet. Für mich wäre es wichtig, auch nach Erreichen der 75‘000 Punkten noch zu wissen, wie viele Statuspunkte total ich bei IHG erworben habe (da ich hauptsächlich in Intercontinental Hotels übernachte gab mir diese Info bisher auch einen Hinweis auf die Royal Ambassador Requalifizierung).
