De app is niet wat je zou verwachten, slecht compatible met Apple en de 30 dagen bewaar tijd is mij niet erg logisch

The camera can not connect the app.

This app is marketed to be used with the camera EOS2000D in mycase, but can’t do the thing it’s designed. C’mon. Canon Connect app works seamlessly

Recently bought a canon 2000D , sadly I can’t connect it. Somehow it doesn’t work. Please fix that ASAP, also I can’t seem to safe my logins..

I hoped to use this Fine app for my Canon 2000D but it does not work (yet I hope) The connecting procedure to be able to use the app doesn't work. It sends you to a page which tells you that the service is out of date. If Canon is able to fix this issue i will be very pleased.

Every time I open the app I have to login again. No option to remember credentials. Still not working with adobe CC. Not many options to sort images. Very slow even though my internet is fast. Putting sd card in iphone with adapter, uploading to Lightroom App works way faster and less of a hassle.

This app is pretty well useless because it’s a mystery how to make the app connect to your camera. 😡

Well this little 1.9 star app can upload to some services, it completely ignores others, specifically OneDrive. Why anyone would want to upload to some of the other places that are dramatically limited in space and are exceptionally expensive to expand, I have no less than 3 OneDrive accounts with E3 Office 365 subscriptions that have 5TB-25TB of space. That Canon has limited this poorly designed product to consumer-grade storage systems shows a complete lack of understanding of what’s available in the real world today. There simply can no excuse for this exclusion. That some of their grammar and spelling on image.canon website is so bad speaks volumes to the lack of professionalism this service garner from a company that should know better.

Glad that I can manage my cameras ability to upload images to the cloud! I think there’s a translation error though: the words “filtering” and “sorting” appear to be swapped.

I needed to transfer todays photos to another app, but before that could happen I had to completely redo my Canon access for photo transfer. New registration, new passwords, using camera, phone and iPad to complete instructions. Finally able to view todays photos on devices but I haven’t begun to figure out how to transfer them to an additional app. At this point I fail to see the improvement over previous Canon app.
