Honestly, the picture upload time is so, so slow that makes the app unusable. You can swipe down for the buffering and it shows nothing. The slow speed also impacts your ability to delete pictures from the camera because the deletion pauses when pictures are uploading, which takes forever. Better not to have the app and upload by good old way of cable/USB.

This canon printer is an excellent photo copier but I can’t get any of the apps to link it to my phone in other words not fit for purpose

Why would I want to look at images on a 5 inch screen when I can use a 12 inch iPad screen, needs to be sorted

I have a Canon ID using email but when I try to login Canon detect this as unusual activity so send me an email. Open the Email and link which doesn’t work. Absolutely useless

Horrendously slow to upload photos from app to phone which isn’t good when there are hundreds to transfer. Took a chance buying a compact Canon camera and now regretting it. My Sony DSLR takes seconds to transfer images.

Even the help screens for the camera were wrong. And they were screen prints. How is an app this bad allowed in the app market. No it didn’t connect. Yes it attempted to. Absolute rubbish

No support for Canons flagship camera, bonkers ☹️

App works on iPad but it’s not properly displayed. I thought Canon would do better than this. Does not look very slick and rather a let down when the iPad is such a great tool for photography and photo enthusiasts. Having said that it is useable and does the job it just doesn’t look great.

I tended to use Canon Image Gateway to share photos with friends and assumed I would be able to do the same with this. Clearly not made for this purpose, unless I’ve missed something??? - can’t send a link to an album, it sends an email ( in my case it sent 3 emails with over 40 photos) to the recipient. - can’t password the album or photo. - can’t prevent downloads/printing. - can’t put things in name order. It appears sends them in date /time order, with the latest first in the series. - can’t add comments to individual photos. - can’t use on the computer to forward images. Just doesn’t suit my purposes any more. Sorry Canon, but I’m not a pro, just a bloke who’s used used your products since the mid 1970s. Never wanted to stop using them, but this app is pointless for me. I’ll look for something better.

It’s ok it works then you just have to wait an eternity for it to upload even just one photo
