There’s no option to make different monitoring schedule for weekdays and weekends. Have to set twice every week, and separately for each camera (I have 5). Activity zone setting is not working in the app. Products are good, software could also be good with some improvement, which never happened in the past 2 years, except adding annoying advertistments in the app.

Camera has good quality, remote access is fine, also live stream. But after inserting microSD card, playback function worked for two days, after that it shows “Live stream error (2007)”. So the device is useless, I do not recommend it. I do not know if it is a software or hardware bug.

The event calendar shows with a blue dot that there is an event recorded on previous days, but i cannot switch to that date. I can only see the today’s events.. i have an sd card and imi cloud subscription. One camera with gift subscription and one camera with 1year paid cloud subscription. Cannot switch date on the ‘sd card videos’ neither. The camera system itself is pretty ok and cheap, but this software is tragic.

ใช้รุ่น ec4 ทำไมแอพไม่มีการแจ้งเตือนแต่กล้องยังบันทึกอยู่ปกติ การแจ้งเตือนช้าไป30-40นาที หลังๆช้าแบบข้ามวัน ข้ามสองวันส่งกลับไปให้ศูนย์ดูศูนย์บอกปกติเอากลับมาใช้ใช้ได้ห้าวันเป็นเหมือนเดิมคือไม่มีการแจ้งเตือน ทางศูนย์ก็ให้คำตอบไม่ได้ว่าเป็นเพราะอะไรแน่ทั้งทั้งที่การตั้งค่าต่างๆและการใช้งานไม่ได้มีอะไรผิดปกติ ถ้าหาสาเหตุไม่ได้ทำไมไม่เปลี่ยนให้เลย

อย่าใช้ อย่าซื้ออุปกรณ์ของเจ้านี้ บังคับให้เสียเงินทั้งๆที่กล้องเราจ่ายเงินซื้อมาแต่ใช้ประโยชน์ได้ไม่เต็มที่ จะกดบันทึกภาพก็ทำไม่ได้ถ้าไม่สมัครใช้คลาวด์ของบริษัท ระบบการบันทึกภาพก็แย่ แทนที่จะบันทึกวนทับของเดิม ต้องมานั่งฟอร์แมทการ์ดความจำเรื่อยๆ จริงๆจะให้ศูนย์ดาวนะ

ทำ Micro sd card ผมพังไป 2 อันและ เซ่งมาก

เวลาดูย้อนหลัง เร่งความเร็วได้แค่ X2 ซึ่งมันช้ามากก แย่สุด
