even though the hub is connected directly to the router, it’s showing as offline on the app

Video selalu tak boleh rakam. Kerap tak boleh tengok. Memori kad tak boleh dibaca. Guna tak sampai setahun lagi. Mula-mula pakai elok, lepastu jahanam. Menyesal beli jenis wireless macam ni.

Camera quality is good. Most Xiaomi Ip cameras are made by imilab which explains the quality

Why device keep offline even connected already submit a report but nothg

Video recorded in SD card when view/play back the display was too small and can not tiled down / switch horizontally also not able to zoom in to see. The purpose of buying a HD CCTV is to zoom in and see more clearly but sadly this IMILAB Apps was not able to do that 😓

Hard to used recorded video

apps crash and cannot open after use for awhile, need to reinstall and setup all from scratch, happened 2 times in 3weeks

The app problem when play back record…The screen keep turning vertical and horizontal… i have to force restart my phone to stop this problem. It happen when i start the play back…

The apps cannot see the live version after i updated the iphone into ios 15.4, please fix it ASAP. Thank you

If can, avoid this apps. Bugs and problems. All the support solutions they provide is about unpair device and uninstall this apps and reinstall again and rebinding device again until it works(uncertain results, like throwing dice). Please observe and learn from MiJia/MiHome app properly.
