En rigtig god, gennemtænkt og brugbar app! Kunne godt forestille mig, at hvis jeg havde haft den, da jeg havde det allerværst, ville jeg være faldet i den modsatte grøft og have registreret alt det negative, og så er appen ikke til nogen hjælp - tværtimod, men er man i behandling eller på anden måde har nogen at støtte sig til, er denne app helt genial! Fikst at man kan danne en pdf, der pænt og overskueligt viser forløbet. Rigtig dejligt med den seneste opdatering, hvor der er tilføjet mulighed for at vælge et datointerval før pdf-eksport. Også fikst, at man selv kan danne tags, og ændre navn på 'Mood'sne, hvis man synes de skal være anderledes eller gøres danske.

Super god app, jeg et bipolar hvilket vil sige at man svinger mellem at være manisk og deprimeret, lige nu neutral fordi jeg taget min medicin. Men rigtig god til at se om man fx er på vej ned til depression og godt for man evaluere ligesom hvordan dagen er gået med en slags dagbogs føring. På den måde kan man altid huske hvad man ca. Har lavet de forskellige dage og mindes de gode stunder!!
