Been using it for many years now and love it a lot! Two things I wish for in coming updates is the possibility to attach more than one photo to each post, and that the charts could be developed further tp make it easier to analyze my mood over time. Anyway, thanks for a great app!

Downloaded several "emotion"-apps (both free and paid for) an this one is clearly the best. Great that you can set reminders. The gps lets you see if you're more happy or unhappy at certain places. The hashtags lets you in a clear way see what makes you happy or sad, and how often. This app is super when you're trying to understand your emotions and I would recommend it to anyone that maybe breaks down without knowing why (you can see what triggers it) or if you often feel irritated and want to change that but maybe don't know how. It's also very releaving to write down the words or short sentences of stuff that annoys you, feels good to tell someone even if it's just the app. Sometimes you also look at things differently when you see them written down instead of when you're caught up in all the emotions.

Superbra app för den som vill förstå sig själv bättre. Går att skriva in olika taggar för olika humör/situationer och sen följa hur saker och ting hänger ihop. Rekommenderas varmt!

Fått diagnos ADHD och Bipolär2 vid 31 års ålder och jag måste lära känna mig och mina känslor på nytt igen, som den jag är och varit hela tiden. Och för att göra det ska jag använda mig av en stämningsdagbok. Även om denna är på engelska, så kan jag skriva allt på svenska. Och det är jag som väljer hur mycket jag vill skriva, hur många påminnelser jag vill få om dagen så jag inte glömmer bort att fylla i minst en gång om dagen. Har provat lite olika varianter. Denna är den BÄSTA! Oavsett om du har diagnoser eller inte. Kostar 20 kr (har jag för mig) och det är en fjuttigt summa mot vad den ger. Köp den! Prova den! 😃

Då jag är bipolär så är det ganska viktigt för mig att ha koll på mina upp och nedgångar. Och att man kan sätta påminnelser som gör att man kommer ihåg att fylla i är jättebra! Har så jag bli påmind 6 gånger om dagen.
