With the Mobile Banking App, your bank is always with you. A quick balance check, transfer to your savings or paying a bill: the app does it all. For personal and business accounts in the Netherlands.
Lots of tools and features:
• You can confirm orders with your mobile.
• Super simple transfers, withdrawal overview and scheduling of savings orders.
• Paid for your friends? Create a payment request and get your money back.
• If you want to, you can look ahead 35 days and see your future transactions.
• The app has its own daily limit, which you can set and change.
• It’s all there: you can pay, save, borrow, invest, get a credit card and even view your ING insurances.
• Want to fix something quickly? Like blocking your card or changing your address? Just do it in the app, it’s easy as pie.
• Don’t have an ING account yet? Open one in the app.
Are my details safe and secure in the app?
Yes, your banking is done via a secured connection. No personal details are stored on your phone or tablet. If you always use the latest version of the app, you enjoy optimal security and the latest features.
Activation only takes a moment
You don’t need much to activate the app. Just a Dutch current account at ING, access to My ING and a valid identity document. This can be a passport, an ID card from the EU, an ID card for foreign nationals, a Dutch residence permit or a driver’s license.

Vind je bankieren leuk
Als er minder storingen zouden zijn en de tarieven voor bankieren genormaliseerd worden, lees gratis zouden zijn, zou het ietsje aantrekkelijker kunnen worden. De ING verdient een vermogen aan de spaartegoeden en als klant moet ik onevenredig veel betalen voor een matige tot slechte dienstverlening. Ik wacht nog steeds op een reactie van een klacht van ongeveer 6 maanden geleden.
Reset my transfer limit without telling me!!
App is buggy as hell and support barely speak English. This is why I immediately transfer all my money out but turns out they reset my limit without even telling me. Hands down worst banking app I’ve ever used.
Worst app from the worst bank
Literally unusable. I’ve had issue after issue with this bank and this app, and have been sent around in circles between departments trying to fix it. I still can’t even log in after 6 visits to different branches. Go elsewhere.

I left ABN AMRO due to the excellent service I was receiving at ING. First bank I am truly happy with!!
Startup worse
Have iPhone SE, running iOS 12 and latest ing app. Latest app update brought strange startup appearance (when the ing app has been clicked-on)... Apparently, after the app is been clicked on, all blurs for like a second... Then the app starts. So, there is a moment when a user has no clue whether something went wrong or not. Please fix!

Can you guys ad a forgot password action, linked via sms, ie; Acconunt number after sms verification, and Password hint Atm if your out and about, and don't have your log in details, you have to contact the bank. Thank you very much
