Innotech Scale

I would like to step on this scale 2 days in a row and have it work. Very frustrating.It will not stay connected to the app. I would have been better off with a Walmart cheap scale if I just wanted weight.

This app works badly now, it is always saying to turn on my Bluetooth, my Bluetooth is on, and it doesn’t let my app upload any data when it has in the past. The scale is very nice, but it often has issues uploading all my levels and you can’t delete the glitch weigh in, so there’s a dip in the graph where it just decided to not record any data… It’s annoying for sure, but the app is free, t think it needs an update or something

I step on a scale that was actually legit then I step on this scale and it’s 5 pounds up and it doesn’t make sense

Can you please implement lean body mass into the dashboard, and also as a value that syncs to apple health? We have the weight. We have the body fat %. So we need lean body mass (body weight - weight of body fat value in Lbs = lean body mass). Extremely common and valuable metric to track, but it’s not present in the app, so it doesn’t transfer to Apple Health

Product and app don’t sync together . YES initially upon purchasing a couple years back now all my progress trends gone. No help from developers no updates on software 😳just deer in headlights nothing . Gives you a weight and say step on scale and try again FOR WHAT ???? A piece of garbage save your money get a regular scale. No sense in measuring your water protein bone mass etc OMG just another gimmick to take your hard earn money and mine because I gifted one also what an embarrassment.

I would like to be able to see immediately how much weight change since last time I weighed, or maybe since a week. It’s burdensome to have to wade through the app and then click a thousand times to compare with a week or year ago. I gave 4 stars because of how easily it sends the data to my phone, and also how it keeps my husbands data separate right in my same account. If the “easy” weight comparison is fixed, I will definitely give it 5 stars!

I’m not sure if it’s the app or the scale but now when I get on it it will read my weight then nothing else. Not to happy with this product

Why do I have to create an account? I don’t need you to keep track of my information. Had I known this, I would not have purchased this item.

Um, there no button in the app so it is not apparent how to go about logging a weigh in, which is really the product’s only function. Software interface needs a redo.

All apps are not as good as this app, our family is using it!  ‌‌     ‌
