Won't connect to Bluetooth and no support line is closed during their normal hours of operation.

Scale won’t connect to the app. Tried all of the methods user guide suggests to remedy. I am able to connect through third party apps. Just not the software designed to work with the scale! Reading through the reviews it seems like this is common. Yet the app has not been updated in a year. What a joke.

App paired easily and worked fine for two days. Now, it no longer reads body fat, muscle mass or other data. Only reads weight and BMI. I reinstalled the app but I get the same error message: step off the scale and try again, or something like that. Disappointing. Can deal with another tech failure. I’ll just use the scale for weight. Buy a cheaper model and don’t waste your money.

This app worked fine for me. No upsells on any other products or services. Connects to Bluetooth. Sometimes a minor inconvenience that is easily solved by turning off the Bluetooth and turning it back on. Right now, there seems to be an issue with iOS 18. Let’s see how fast they address it

Absolutely terrible product. The fat percentage measurement stopped working after 1 month. Now they require me to create an account to use the app which is needed to use the scale. Just let me use the thing I paid for!

do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company and its products.

I have used the scale well enough for a year, with the bluetooth issues others have described. Added my husband last week as an additional user. Only one of us can be connected via Bluetooth at a time. When i weigh in, my weight is tracked to his profile, even though I am on mine, and my husband’s weight gies to my profile. We have to manually delete these entries. Reached out to support yesterday and they said they released an upgrade last week, but in looking at versions, nothing has been released for 10 months.

The only suggestion I have is to add a “lifetime” weight chart in the “trends” section. The 12 month view is nice, but I would like to see long term weight changes.

Every time you use the app, you have to do some magic combination of opening the app, turning off Bluetooth, stepping on the scale, stepping off the scale, turning on Bluetooth, stepping on the scale. And you might have to do that three or four times. This is a great app when it works but it’s an annoying routine to get it to turn on correctly.

This app works badly now, it is always saying to turn on my Bluetooth, my Bluetooth is on, and it doesn’t let my app upload any data when it has in the past. The scale is very nice, but it often has issues uploading all my levels and you can’t delete the glitch weigh in, so there’s a dip in the graph where it just decided to not record any data… It’s annoying for sure, but the app is free, t think it needs an update or something
