Instacart: Groceries & Food

I placed only two items and they delivered extra item. When I connected with their support initally they told me that they haven’t charged for extra item. Now when I check card statements i realized they charged additional item. I connected with them and they said you ordered this item so nothing can be done. This was my first and last order with Instacart.

I have faced plenty of problems over the course of my membership, when your try to resolve that issues there is no one to help, because their support agents are not well trained.

Problems using this app - they hold extra amount on your orders, which they may or may not refund back to you. - they don’t promise to deliver what you order, im case some of your items are not delivered, now the refund amount value will be higher which you will most likely never get it back - customer support is not much helps, takes lots of time to revert but no resolution I find this app more very frustrating and cheat.

Poor service and poor app . They delay your order by 2-3 days .

I don’t know for some reason my order is getting cancelled

It’s not easy to use this app. Quite painful to make a simple buy without pressing a 100 buttons and then ur not given free delivery even when promised. Then it makes you buy more and replace items are also added first then removed. Horrible

Better visit store to safe your money.

Instacart great! But jail breakers of phones before we buy them. Are stealing our identities, our profiles by linking our phones to their computer that they installed with programs that can edit any information including financial to make it look like you or Publix is double charging us. And since they can also change my chime stride bank account balance to make it look like I made the mistake not thieves holding us unlawfully under imprisonment electronically sort of speak. To also frame us by making and editing information pictures and videos of private matters , but yes financial transactions. Including paying off extortionists who when we say no. Jail break our phones to rob us.

I usually pay the premium delivery charge on because i order ice cream and don't want it to melt. Today i needed flowers for my wife's birthday and wanted them as a surprise before she left for work, i placed the order at around 4am and the order was confirmed for a 5:55am delivery. The driver checked out at 5:26am. We live 10 minutes from the store. Then the delivery started sliding, finally after 7am when she left i went to the help chat and complained, i was told that the agent would contact the driver and expedite the delivery. Then at 8:30am i got a call from Instacart saying they had just talked to the driver, the road was flooded and he was 15 minutes away. I could see on the app where he was and knew that one of them was mistaken. The delivery finally showed up an hour later. When my subscription runs out, i will be giving the other delivery services a chance to earn my regular twice a week orders.
