It’s very hard to change and cancel orders

I am a student. I did not see any option of auto renewal i have no idea how it got turned on and they deducted my $103 . I requested their customer service many times but all refused to help. I told them I don’t have any job right now and this amount is all I have but they refused to help. Infact customer service person Bashant got disappeared in between the chat and the other person Nizam refised to connect me with the supervisor. I was assuming I saved money of uber to get groceries but did not about this blind spot. I will suggest everyone not to trust and use this app

I placed only two items and they delivered extra item. When I connected with their support initally they told me that they haven’t charged for extra item. Now when I check card statements i realized they charged additional item. I connected with them and they said you ordered this item so nothing can be done. This was my first and last order with Instacart.

I have faced plenty of problems over the course of my membership, when your try to resolve that issues there is no one to help, because their support agents are not well trained.

Problems using this app - they hold extra amount on your orders, which they may or may not refund back to you. - they don’t promise to deliver what you order, im case some of your items are not delivered, now the refund amount value will be higher which you will most likely never get it back - customer support is not much helps, takes lots of time to revert but no resolution I find this app more very frustrating and cheat.

Poor service and poor app . They delay your order by 2-3 days .

I don’t know for some reason my order is getting cancelled

It’s not easy to use this app. Quite painful to make a simple buy without pressing a 100 buttons and then ur not given free delivery even when promised. Then it makes you buy more and replace items are also added first then removed. Horrible

Better visit store to safe your money.
