I’ve tried going to settings to add the card and tried adding new Instant card by typing activation code nothing works.

Pretty much what the title says. Nobody will respond to you if you call the number no matter what you need help with or how long you sit there and wait, the app will not send you any emails to verify and login to your account making you use the one online but even that doesn’t work it just tells you to update the app and nothing else, I’ve been on the phone for about 40 minutes waiting for nothing. At this point All I want is to take my money out so I can stop using this absolute piece of garbage🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️

Keeps logging me out and notifications don’t work.

If you are locked out of your account after this update AND the password reset request never makes it to your email boxes for outlook and iCloud accounts. You will have to call instant->provide identification->switch that email to a gmail-> then request reset password. I haven’t been able to access my account for about a week. And nooooone of the emails were being delivered to my inbox. Don’t ask me why but that was my issue and this solved it…for some reason. Apple nor Microsoft email services were delivering my emails. Never seen an issue like this before where Google actually worked immediately AND They weren’t even making it to the junk folders for the other two. Wild.

In 2022 I worked for Taco Bell and used instant pay I have received payments after the last instant pay which was more then enough to cover the $36 I supposedly owe you. Also if I owe you money how come I never received a statement and my account doesn’t show it being negative? I have tried reaching out to you by email, and phone.( myself and with my payroll), I have heard nothing.

I can’t access the zero when transferring my money do any amount that has a zero I can’t transfer. It won’t let me scroll up to get to the zero

Worst “update” ever.

I keep trying to add my bank account information by phone and everytime I leave the app it resets and forces me to authenticate to log back in. I lose my progress doing this.

I was using this app for work a little under a year before the new update came out. I’ve been fighting with it since. It logs me out every time I exit the app now, which I’d be fine with as long as logging back in was easy, but it hasn’t been. The app shockingly seems to forget your password after a bit, and insists it’s wrong. Again, I would be able to tolerate this a little if it was easy to reset to reset my password, but that process also seems to be suffering from bugs no doubt introduced in this new update. I’ll admit the app is a little more pleasing to look at now, but functionality and reliability should always be prioritized over aesthetics. Hope the situation can improve, because having problems like this with an app I’m supposed to trust my money with is worrying.
