Tried to print but the app doesn’t register that there’s a new set of film in the back, doesn’t load photos when trying to print and cannot connect to the internet on the printer. The app looks like it’s been made by a beginner graphic/app designer.

Very frustrated at this point. My phone picks up the printer connection. I have made sure that I have allowed location access while app is in use. I have checked real time photos works, every time I attempt to print it prompts to says check to see if the local network is allowed which it is. It repeats this message every time I attempt to print. I don’t know what else to try at this point to get it to work 😡

This app is appalling. I can’t ever connect to the printer, and it often crashes. It’s unusable and I want my money back.

The more I updated this app the more I had problems. I have got the connection problems all of sudden and did every steps from all information written in all community sites. But I have got NON connection STILL. If you dont maintain old machines, you should replace them or trade-in for new machine!! I have got many cartridges for this machine!

I got the instead share sp-1 a few years ago but I haven’t used it until now. Every time I go to print it says that I need to update the app when there’s no update at all. I have tried using it while it was on charge then I replaced the batteries and nothing will work. It’s very frustrating knowing that I can’t print anything

Not loading any photos anymore. App (and printer) bricked. It was a bad app when it “worked” - now it’s not even working anymore.

I never write reviews, but I have to for this. This app is honestly useless. It doesn’t work. It won’t connect to the printer, which then renders the printer unusable. I got the printer as a gift earlier this year and when I tried to use it, was really disappointed that I couldn’t. I ended up putting it in the cupboard and forgetting about it. I found it just now and thought I’d try again, but no. Still doesn’t work. How a company like Fujifilm have not improved this by now is honestly beyond me. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

I am not able to use photos taken from any mobile especially iPhone upon printing. When would the update be available?

This is the buggiest app I have ever used. The app never indicates that the printer is on and connected, even though it is on and connected to its own network. I need to click two ‘No connection’ windows at least 10 times before it connects and goes to the printing screen (if I’m lucky). I also have to disconnect and reconnect to the printer network a number of times during this process. Mostly when the app goes to the printing screen, nothing happens, and so I have to force quit and reopen, and go through the above rigmarole AGAIN. Also, every single time it does print, the app freezes and I have no option but to force quit, open again and repeat this mundane process. I’ve only printed 7 photos so far and it’s a laborious pain. I wouldn’t recommend using this app AT ALL, but it’s the only app they have to connect to the printer!
