Can’t use my SP-1 printer at all since updating to iOS18. My phone will not connect to the printer’s wifi no matter what I try and it has essentially been rendered useless. Please update the app so that I can enjoy using my printer again. Highly, highly disappointed customer - I should be able to continue using my excellent, working conditioner printer as iOS updates are released.

Whatever the latest update did, it broke connectivity for my SP-1. I can no longer connect my SP-1 to the app. And before the developers respond with their copy/paste answer, yes I have checked my location settings to “Allow While Using the App” and “Precise Location” is enabled. I have also made sure that “Automatic Power Off Setting” is off. I have emailed your customer support but my hopes are not high. My $200 printer that works just fine because I was printing photos with it a few months ago is now e-waste because of lack of development support. This app looks like it was designed in 2007 for an iPod Touch and never looked at again. Your development team should be embarrassed and ashamed. A multi-billion dollar photography company can’t design an app for printing photos while expecting us to pay hundreds for their hardware? Give me a break.

Templates are really outdated. App looks so cheap. If you buy products that can only function with the use of an app, you’d think they would update the app more often. Thankfully I haven't experienced connectivity issues. The app just seems to be stuck in time.

It appears I cannot connect to my printer anymore, even after enabling precise location to be available.

No longer supports instax share sp2. So you’re basically forced to buy new products if you want to print Polaroids. Ridiculous

Could not connect to the printer. Check if the local network is set to "Allowed" in the device's settings screen. Press the [Confirm settings] button. You will go to the "instax SHARE" setting screen. Move [Local Network] slider to the right to enable the permissions. Even if I activate the local network, that message keeps appearing and I can't connect to the printer.

Every time I want to print a picture I have to delete the app and reinstall it because it says my printer is turned off. I’ve tried multiple ways to fix this but nothing seems to work.

I have an older version of the instax printer sp1. Tried for an hour on my iPhone 13 to print with the app and it will not print AT ALL. Very frustrating. Tried all the tips and tricks online and none of them work ( turning location on, resetting network, turning on/off Bluetooth, etc). Under the printer’s wifi , it just says “no internet connection”. It used to work really well a few years back but the app/ machine just couldn’t keep up with technology, despite fujifilm’s “fix”. I would imagine a $250 dollar machine to last longer than a few years. When I try to connect with Fujifilm, there’s only an option to call but the call centre closed. Again very frustrating. Please recall all your old printers if they are not going to work and give your customers an updated one. Very disappointed. A waste of time and money. I would give it a zero star if that was an option.

Even if my printer is connected the app is slow and wont print my pictures at all.

i just recently updated my phone and since i have i have not been able to connect to my printer. I’ve seen in the past that others have not been able to after updating there phone is there anyway this can be fixed so i cant print things please? Other than that this app has worked great with everything else!
