The application does not support Zephyr ZE-18CA17INT air conditioning remote! U can add it in the list of official devices? And I will give a better review Thanks!

The app crashes when I try to change the name of the channel I want to add to a TV device.

For some reason this app will no longer connect to wifi. No matter what 2.4 GHz network I try it keeps saying it’s not connected. This must be due to an Apple update? So upset !!!

Can’t setup my device because app says im not connect to wifi when I AM CONNECTED TO WIFI! I tried switching from 5GHZ to 2.4GHZ BUT IT STILL SAYS THAT IM NOT CONNECTED TO THE WIFI! Bad app bad product!

My review simply disappeared..so adding a new one. Learning feature seems broken after initially working and google voice command is also broken. After sending support multiple emails and video detailing the issue and walking them through it, the last response was “we don’t support it”. How can you not support something that initially worked and now broken..beyond me and frustration. Luckily I have an alternative. Update: I have a full email description with videos showing the issue - what used to work and what is now broken - sent to broadlink Support. Discuss with your Support team for more info. Update2: surprise surprise. App was updated today, it prompted for a firmware update. All it said was bug fixes. Behold, learning feature now fixed and google assistant integration fixed. Some acknowledgement of the issue would have been helpful, I complained and sent video explanations of the issues to support 3 months ago!

I purchased the RM mini3 to control my mini split air conditioning. App does not find the mini 3. A device called “smart clim” show under device menu but fails to open it to add to a room. Multiple emails to Broadlink for help are ignored. 30 days later it’s too late for Amazon to accept a return for refund. Horrible app, horrible service! If anyone knows how to make this work I would appreciate advice!!

App is horrible. Basically some ghetto Chinese app. I’m amazed Apple allows it.

The app keeps saying “network error” or no permission. The app was working fine and now after trying to add another device I cannot delete the remote I have now or even add a new device. I was using google assistant to voice control the remote and now it does not work. The app needs to be updated or else this hardware is useless.

Most of the app works fine. However when I go to set up a scene the questions and options are not in English!!!! Apparently the only way to get google home to turn light on and off is thru scene which I cannot set up because of the issue!
