I heard a lot of people are moving to this app now that Life has shut down so on that note: I don’t mind the overall style of the app, I just wish there were communities/fasting circles like Life had. The sense of community and motivation was what really encouraged me to keep fasting. I think this feature would bring a lot more people to the app.

Great app

It has everything you need but in a simple, easy to use, accessible format. You can enter as much info as you like or keep it simple by plugging in preprogrammed or flexible lengthen fasts. Evidence based information keeps you informed and motivated. A great app to support but not one that requires a subscription service. Couldn’t recommend it higher! Thank you 😊
