No optimization for iPhone X-15
It looks like the app is not optimized for any iPhone that doesn’t have the physical unlock button (which been the case for years besides iPhone SE!).
When the app is used on an iPhone 14 Pro, it’s impossible to interact with the buttons at the top and the bottom of the app as they are hidden behind the Dynamic Island and the iPhone “home” horizontal bar.
I don’t care how good the service might be when it’s not possible to use it to begin with due to an outdated app…
“Update required” leaves app useless
Upon start the app states “ Update Available
Update required. You need to upgrade to the latest version to continue to use this app.” Looped back to App Store but does not not update!

The app always crash when lunching it
After the update 5.0.5 the app always crash when lunching it. The newer updates have not fixed the problem yet.
Don't work at all
Every time you open app you have to make new profile. It doesn't save it anymore. It's also have difficulties loading updates, cities and more.
As it is now it is useless.
Inconsistent
Chaotic, confused and inconsistent. Used for a service call. The ETA eventually said driver would be here in 8 min, then 4 min then 0 minutes. ETA stayed at 0 minutes for 20 minutes. No sign of truck. I called AAA, they told me the tech would be there in another half hour.
Too long to open and log in
Why do I need to spend 5 minutes trying to connect and log in to a SOS app??
Piece of garbage
Cannot select trip name and have to type everything in all over again, after the app suggesting to “add a new part to THIS trip”
Horrible user interface
It keeps flipping between web pages and has to reload each time. Impossible to do something simple like change my email address. No clear organization.
