International SOS Assistance

Crime risk update on all provinces daily, weekly, monthly.

Two attempts already failed when I tried to access the app. It seems reliability is a problem which is not something one can afford when you have a need for a service like this. If one finds yourself in a location with poor reception, the app is not working as it should and first wants to update before use.

After the latest app update three days ago, had not used app but Heavy increase in background Battery usage 24rs a day!

While traveling I needed to call intSos but the app ( and full service) presupposes one has airtime to make an international call - a great feature would be a chat tool/ what’s app functionality

Every time I open the app it asks me to accept the T&Cs. It's painful.

I am in Kenya for business and trying to update my details and check-in The app just freezes This is not useful as we rely on the international sos app to keep up updated on what is happening in the country and surrounding areas Kindly advise what I need to do to get the app to work

Chaotic, confused and inconsistent. Used for a service call. The ETA eventually said driver would be here in 8 min, then 4 min then 0 minutes. ETA stayed at 0 minutes for 20 minutes. No sign of truck. I called AAA, they told me the tech would be there in another half hour.

Why do I need to spend 5 minutes trying to connect and log in to a SOS app??

Cannot select trip name and have to type everything in all over again, after the app suggesting to “add a new part to THIS trip”

It keeps flipping between web pages and has to reload each time. Impossible to do something simple like change my email address. No clear organization.
