This app keeps me going. Thank you.

Simple to use. Just adjust the length of reps (for me it’s about 12-15 per :30 seconds depending on the exercise) how many sets and GO! It gives you a warning when to start and double beeps to end. Also let’s you work other apps in the foreground. - So far it’s great. 🙂

Good functional interval timer app. Will give 5 stars if can show total workout time countdown, can stop/start/edit exercise from middle workout.

This one actually works well with no problems when I listen to something else.

Love this timer, works great in my home gym. I use it for Tabata and HIIT workouts, and the visual and auditory feedback keeps me on target and provides much needed motivation!

One less thing for my mind to worry about when I’m trying to focus on how my form is rather than how long I’ve been doing something . No complaints!

I am doing physical therapy and this app helps me a lot keep track of repetitions. I also use the Apple Watch version. My only complaint is that the presets made on one device do not appear in the others.

Been using the app on iOS and android for about three years now. Works without issue. Paid to have ads removed because I wanted to support. Ads are unobtrusive throughout whole app.

I LOVE THIS APP!! I’ve tried a number of different interval timers. Some are worthless without a subscription. Some are unreliable, meaning they won’t ring when the phone is asleep, which is worthless for running. Some don’t allow you to change sounds or make other changes to the app, also worthless. This app is perfect. You can make changes, change sounds, create various workouts, even change the colors! This is all available on the free version. I’m happy to ignore the ads. GREAT APP!!
