Been using this app for many years, it wins in my books due to the ease of use and endless interval combination options it offers.

It’s great stress free no interruptions
Simple
Takes a bit of time to set up, but it has saved me so much time. It’s way easier to set this up than it is to try using a stopwatch/set of timers to track everything. I even share some routines with my students.

Just what I needed to do interval training. I can set up my own work/rest periods. It’s gives an alarm before its period starts
