Set to yourself and goals
I love how you get set the intervals to how you want it and for how long. You have to leave the app open so you can hear the prompts otherwise it just buzzed which isn’t useful when you jogging you don’t feel it . It would be useful if you could still hear the prompts if you were using another app, but it’s not the end of the world as you can set up your podcast or music and then start the interval app and keep it open. Takes a bit of adjusting to know how many repetitions are needed for the time you want to be exercising.
