I love how you get set the intervals to how you want it and for how long. You have to leave the app open so you can hear the prompts otherwise it just buzzed which isn’t useful when you jogging you don’t feel it . It would be useful if you could still hear the prompts if you were using another app, but it’s not the end of the world as you can set up your podcast or music and then start the interval app and keep it open. Takes a bit of adjusting to know how many repetitions are needed for the time you want to be exercising.

- The app is using a lot of battery - you can’t change the voice which is annoying - sometimes timer resets to the warmup so you can lose track of your workout - there is no track of distance or calories, it’s just a timer that goes round and round because you can pick only two intervals in a session - the voice is silent when phone is locked (not on silent mode) And that’s all in the paid version. Real mistake

Not fit for purpose. When the phone is locked while you’re running it doesn’t notify you when the interval changes.

Made me pay then refused to lengthen intervals. Fraudulent app. Don’t bother

Doesn’t alert you about interval changes if phone is off, and you have to pay to go past 30 seconds which you are not told about in the app description, so not good for running.

You have to pay if you want to extend the intervals past 30 seconds. The alerts don’t work most of the time, it’s not compatible with music on your phone either. There’s better apps available.

Doesn’t alert you when the next interval begins half the time. Useless. Waste of money

Doesn’t seem to give audio updates when phone locked which makes it pretty much useless

I've tried to use this on two runs that only take 20 mins, gone out with 60%+ battery and phone has died both times I've been out - so not useful. Great simple app just shame about killing the battery.
