Intesis AC Cloud

I installed 3 A/C controller units and all have lost connection with the app. The app still shows units with temp etc. but it is not actually connected and does nothing when using app control

Terrible app, worse product Who decided to put flashing LEDs in an AC product for home, waking up at 4am to a flashing, disconnected AC box. The app hasn’t been modernised and often crashed. Get a third party external box instead. I did that for a different AC that came with my home, much better

Purchased the Intesis Cloud hardware after searching long and hard for something that would work with my existing system. Very happy with the improvement — makes life substantially easier. Feature request would be some Apple Home integration one day beyond Siri Shortcuts if possible to allow for automation.

The app cashes a lot, most of the time it doses not connect to the wifi unit that is in the aircon I would like a timer added and also a set point so if my house was 26c it would turn on and turn off at 23c

Absolutely hopeless

It was going well but a recent upgrade seemed to have break the integration with my 3 air conditioners. They will randomly connect and disconnect from AC cloud, nothing changed on the home network. Very frustrating.

The app works well, but unfortunately it keeps crashing on my iPhone 14 PRO. I use it to control 2 A/C units in my house, but if a do anything on one unit, be it turning off-on or setting the mode, the app crashes itself. I have to reopen the app to do anything else.

It works most of the time, but sometimes just goes offline for hours. When it is working, the app keeps crashing and needs to be restarted regularly.

The basic on/off functionality works. However the scenes, patterns do not work. You can save the scenes but they do not run at the specified time.
