This trash app never works. Maybe 1 out of 15 times it actually connects so that I can control the temperature on my hot tub remotely. I would give zero stars if I could.

I have four bullfrog spas, all with high-speed Internet, even hard wired-I don’t understand how such a simple app works less than 20% of the time. App constantly saying my power is out or my Wi-Fi is down, neither of which are true.

Awful. Never connects. Spa company charged $400 for this Bluetooth feature. Absolute ripoff Update as of November 21, 2024 haven’t been able to connect for over a week! Bullfrog rep tells me to wait a couple weeks and maybe they are updating. Really? Do better.

For the past five days, I’ve been trying to reset my password at least 25 times. No email was sent allowing me to reset my password. I’ve called customer service and left voicemails at least a dozen times. No reply. Gecko Alliance is nonexistent. It’s my opinion that Bullfrog Spas teamed up with the worst company in history. I’m a third generation of a family home business with over 100 employees and today we are over 100 years old. You don’t get to be 100 years old by doing a poor job if I was a CEO of Bullfrog Spas in Utah I would fire Gecko Alliance. I have to tap a star for a reading, but if I could, I’d give him a zero for customer service what a bunch of flunkies.

We are new to the bullfrog spa in this app. But within the first day, it’s obvious that sometimes it will connect another times it won’t. For no apparent reason. Seems like this whole thing was a waste of money.

When it connects it’s good but it so often fails to connect. I have to go out there anyway so the app doesn’t really get to do its job.

Connection success rate is about 50% when in the house on wifi. Maybe 10% when not on wifi at home. Why the difference? I’d be okay with 50%.

I really wish this worked, but it doesn’t at all. The connectivity is lackluster at best, rarely sends the right action to the spa, and have extremely limited features. For a premium add-on product to spas, this is not worth nearly 1/10th the cost.

Had my spa for about 6 weeks and the app, while pretty bare bones, does what it says it will do. I have not had the connectivity issues others have described however I am lucky to have my WiFi router/pool dongle attachment and my spa within like 40’ of each other. 4 stars

If I could give a zero I would! Once you create account app goes straight to add spa and just a connection loop from there absolute junk. I have deleted the app recreated an account . Never been so frustrated and I dont typically have an issue with this type of stuff. Absolutely hate it.
