Doesnt work properly l, i have to keep deleting and installing the app. And right now, its not even installing the app 🤷🏻‍♀️

Unreliable. Successful interactions probably less than 50% leading to a lot of undelivered parcels

App has so many bugs , has not worked smoothly since it was installed.

This app and intercom system is such a pain. Half the time it doesn’t ring via app, it goes to a phone call with tedious instructions to open the door, which I never remember The UX is really bad and unintuitive, whenever answering a video call it took a long time to figure out what each button is And why is the front page screen two giant buttons that isnt obvious what they do?

Sometimes it works great! Sometimes it just rings my phone without the app😫

At first I was very unhappy with this app but the updates have brought a needed fix to it and I like the concept, the issues remaining are as others have said you can’t call back if something goes wrong you can’t view the camera again or speak to your guest unless they ring again, you need to add an option to view again even if it be time limited.

Bad reception couldn’t hear caller

This app has been so frustrating to use and is constantly causing me to miss deliveries or parcels. Everytime I pick it up it automatically declines the call and then a silly French number calls some minutes later. Im so frustrated especially because I didn’t ask for it to be installed, there was absolutely nothing wrong with the buzzer we were using before.
