This could be the reason I change banks…
I don’t often leave negative reviews; however, a functional banking app is one of the most important aspects of a modern banking experience and this app consistently fails to load my current checking and savings account balances. I should not have to call, or drive to the bank to find out how much money is in my accounts. On average every third time I open this app it fails to load my current balance, and refreshing the app does nothing to fix the issue. I’m about ready to move all of my accounts to another bank which prioritizes modern services. This would be a real pain as I’ve banked with INTRUST for over a decade, but what can I do? The inconvenience is beginning to be too much of an issue to ignore. It isn’t a new problem either; I’ve experienced this issue for years and honestly should have done something about it sooner. I guess I just hoped they would have fixed the issues with the app by now.
