It is faster for me to use my card and unlock the gate than to use this slow and buggy app.

I have never seen such a poor app design, especially if it is a production product. The intercom call pick up never works. The app always sign me out and I never get any notification of the posts that the management post. If I can give 0 star, I would.

Unreliable apps that don’t always function properly, leading to unnecessary issues and frustration. A poor choice overall.

At this point, I might as well delete the app and open the doors myself. Fix it.

What’s worse than not working at all? Working only half the time, and not working when you intend it to. Less than 50% reliability to let you into your own flat? I’ll 100% make sure to sue this stupid app and the condo management that is equally stupid to be tricked into installing this into the condo. Mark my words

Disappointed that UOL decided to deploy this for our condo. CANNOT UNLOCK GATE PROPERLY When someone dial up, the app cuts off more than half the time. I can only wait for that person to dial again. CANNOT MAKE CALLS Dialing to guard never work for me. It’s either the connection can’t be established or the guard couldn’t hear my voice when i am not muted. There are other bugs but I don’t bother to list anymore when this app cannot do the most basic things.

Not stable at all. Still a buggy system after so many bad reviews for so long.

Sometimes when it decides to work you might be able grant lift access but it happens just in every leap year. Poorly developed application. Avoid it!
