I’ve reset my password successfully, but it’s still giving me an error saying “You’ve exceeded the maximum login attempts”. iRemitX team uses “WhatsApp” as a form of communication with support team and their verification method is via 3rd party app called “Jumio.Ai”, both of which imposes a security threat and identity theft. This app needs some serious overhaul.

I been using this app for 3-5 years but they failed this year! I used their app they credited my remittance for 2 months (May and they received July) I am worried about my other remittance until now it’s not credited! I did my remittance June! I keep sending them messages, They keep saying technical issues! USE OTHER REMMITANCE!

Worst remittance app ever, it’s been a month and my recipient still have not received the money that I sent her. I don’t know what they did with my money but customer service claim that they are having a system enhancement, which explains the super delay process.

IREMITX has the worst customer service. They claim to process transactions in 7 calendar days but this is a big LIE. Their inability and ineptness to provide customer service or communicate with customers has caused nothing but headaches and failure to comply with their own policies. It would be a mistake using IREMITX and any services related to this company. Would NEVER recommend.

Use other remittance app instead, I thought supporting an app from the Philippines would be great since fellow filipino but I experienced a lot of problem using this app to send money: 1. No advisory if there’s offline partner to claim money. My sister had a hard claiming the money I sent. 2. Customer Service - Hard to contact, replies late. No proper customer service assistance. 3. I only experience Bank to bank service like few times, then only Cash pick up available. bank to bank never came back anymore. And we always experience a problem in cash pick up.

Their weekly maintenance upgrade is causing their app to become unstable and slow. The other option like “pickup anywhere” goes missing and they said it’s not available during weekends. It doesn’t make sense and it’s really ridiculous!

Takes forever to log in 🤦🏽‍♀️

So far so good. I’ve been using this App for two months now and I’m satisfied it’s very convenient & reliable. I really recommend it.

It will take forever for you or your family to get the money that you sent so don’t bother to use their service. Unreliable especially during emergency!

Every time I log in, I have to delete/ install the app or turned off/ on my phone, so annoying, sending to bank takes forever this time. Please improve.
