Irish Ferries

This has to be the worst ever. To be avoided. The website isn’t much better unfortunately.

La même chose que sur le site irishferries, mais en (beaucoup) plus lent et sans mémorisation des identifiants. Mettre le site sur l’écran d’accueil est plus efficace.

Appli qui n’a jamais été utilisé par un membre de la direction,dommage ça parait bien mais impossible à faire fonctionner sur téléphone.

App peu pratique. Ergonomie illogique, pas de mémorisation des identifiants et mots de passe, gestions de réservations pas intuitive.

No more to say. In this climate cannot understand why app not updated to correct multiple errors.

Impossible to make payments through the app.

I have a booking and an account. I hoped the app would mean I could load it up and use that at check in, but no, ‘manage my booking’ takes me to the website where you can book a ticket, which if I was doing, I wouldn’t have a booking to manage. There is a login button but it’s tantalisingly out of reach at the top of the page, making it unusable. Disappointing that despite similar comments for several years it hasn’t been fixed or removed from the App Store.

Impossible to even log into the account, let alone use it to to view or manage your booking. Surely this could be fixed easily, as the rest of their operation is brilliant. It lets them down badly.

An Englishman, a Scotsman and an Irishman each build an app. This is the Irish one! 🤣
