No more to say. In this climate cannot understand why app not updated to correct multiple errors.

Impossible to make payments through the app.

I have a booking and an account. I hoped the app would mean I could load it up and use that at check in, but no, ‘manage my booking’ takes me to the website where you can book a ticket, which if I was doing, I wouldn’t have a booking to manage. There is a login button but it’s tantalisingly out of reach at the top of the page, making it unusable. Disappointing that despite similar comments for several years it hasn’t been fixed or removed from the App Store.

Impossible to even log into the account, let alone use it to to view or manage your booking. Surely this could be fixed easily, as the rest of their operation is brilliant. It lets them down badly.

An Englishman, a Scotsman and an Irishman each build an app. This is the Irish one! 🤣

This app simply does not work, please just delete it so as to not put anyone else through the frustration! DFDS app is very far from perfect but it works, I use it all the time, I decide to try Irish and am faced with this, it really does not encourage me to do business, sorry. Apps are by far the best way for a task like this but it does have to work!

I have never been able to book a trip on this app. Someone has to explain to me on how to proceed. When I try to select the route, every time it crashes!!! Useless app

The worse I have ever encountered.

Company is excellent, such a shame their app is just a waste of time; can't Log in, and will always crash at some point before you can finalise your booking. Would be interesting to see their statistics on how many booking % they get through their app; shocking in 2024. Would better remove their app from store until they fix it, instead of letting their customers waste their time and likely lose the booking.
