My observations
It seems not able to connect to host that resolve name to ipv6 only. It Connects over now obsolete ipv4. When it cannot connect is say loading and hang for long time. Not able to X apps.

solution 1,
edit /etc/ssh/sshd_config file ,add two line bellow
PubkeyAuthentication yes
PubkeyAcceptedKeyTypes=+ssh-rsa
and then restart sshd service use bellow command
sudo service sshd restart
