Una settimana che crasha…
Una settimana che non riesco ad aprire la app, meno male mi fa il biglietto l’azienda
Perde le carte d’imbarco
App terrificante… se dopo il check in non ti salvi subito la carta d’imbarco, al momento del tuo ingresso in aereo rischi di non trovarla più… Molto meglio l’app si Ryanair…
Al peggio non c’è fine
Crash continui, schermate mancanti, sezione UltimaAttività con voci a zero,serve quindi logout e login per visualizzarle correttamente, adesso poi con ultimo aggiornamento, si ghosta da sola senza possibilità alcuna di consultazione
Check-in
La sezione relativa al check in ed alla gestione voli non funziona mai e manda in loop l’applicazione. Anche dopo aver effettuato il check in dal sito web, l’applicazione non aggiorna i dati del volo e chiede ancora di effettuare in check in dall’app.
Molti difetti
È vero che diverse app di compagnie aeree primarie non funzionano benissimo ma questa raggiunge livelli molto bassi. La mia si inceppa di continuo, ha difficoltà a recuperare le prenotazioni, devo ripetere mille volte il login durante la stessa sessione… e spesso “qualcosa va storto”. Inoltre è pressoché inutile sui voli a lungo raggio.
Rimborso inesistente
con grande disappunto devo segnalare che, nonostante le molteplici richieste e il tempo trascorso, non ho ancora ricevuto il rimborso dovuto per il mio volo. Trovo inaccettabile il modo in cui è stata gestita questa situazione, che ha causato non solo disagio economico, ma anche una totale mancanza di fiducia nel vostro servizio clienti.
Non riesco più a fare il check in on line
Dopo ultimi due updates non riesco più a fare check-in tramite app su iPhone IOS 15.5
Non mi fa più entrare
Dopo quanto aggiornamento non posso entrare più al mio profilo dice email/ password incorretta
Imbarazzante
Un app che nel 2024, per aggiungere un biglietto al wallet, ti reindirizza sul browser è imbarazzante
