Not sure what this app is or why it has notifications popping up on my phone to provide a rating 🤔

This app is terrible. When it loads it brings up multiple DOS screens. Seriously! The DOS screens you haven’t seen since the 80’s. It also freezes in connecting mode if your laptop goes into hibernation and forces you to reboot. Also, you can’t shut the app down. Even if you close it, it runs in the background and won’t let you shut it down. Even if you use the end task feature in Windows. This app is the only one that makes me have to reboot my brand new expensive Dell laptop with a Core i5 10th gen chip. I have to reboot daily because of this awful app.

Any app that sends me a push notification prompting me to write a review get 1 star.

The new version of this app does not display in landscape mode, whereas the previous app did swap orientations in accordance with how you hold your iPad. It now slams you into portrait mode regardless, which when using an iPad oriented in landscape mode in a keyboard case makes it annoying in the extreme to enter your credentials to set up your VPN. Massive fail in that regard. It otherwise works.

Drops connection unpredictably, may work for an hour or less than 5 minutes and still shows connected. Every time the app is brought to the foreground it has pop up indicating connection lost though the status still shows connected. Junk app, would prefer to give it 0 stars

Being forced to use this so of course it’s the greatest. connection errors for HOURS…. Pointless to try mobile logging. Otherwise it’s just great.

The app disconnects too frequently, requiring manual intervention.

This app is pretty straightforward: it gives you VPN access to whatever secure connection you need. It works consistently and well. I just wish it required a little less having to retype things each time, like having to write out “push” to be able to get a push notification to authenticate. Would be great to have it just remember that you want a push (the Mac version does this).

Won’t stay up. Always failing.

Does what is supposed to do, but it’s annoying to connect on a phone with MFA (loooong password, then start Azure or text) since I need to connect multiple times per day (connection drops each time that I join/leave wifi).
