아이패드 셀룰러 모드로 동작이 안됩니다.
와이파이로 하면 되는데 수시로 끊기고요, 셀룰러로 하면 vpn 접속 자체가 안되네요…. 답답합니다.

App crash on iPod touch 6th generation.
Since the Ivanti Secure Access IOS Client app was updated to version 22.7.3 on July 30, 2024 in the App store, the Ivanti app has been shut down immediately when running the Ivanti app on an iPOD touch 6th generation device using iOS 12.5.7. I think there is a crash when running the Ivanti app on the iPOD touch 6th generation device. The same error is occurring after updating the Ivanti app on multiple iPOD touch 6th generation devices. Please review the error and ask for a resolution through an update as soon as possible.
아이폰에서 접속 안됨.
안드로이드폰에서는 접속되지만 아이폰에서는 휴대폰 인증번호 입력까지 완료 한뒤, ‘서버와의 협상에 실패했습니다’라는 얼럿이 뜨며 접속이 되지 않습니다.
어플을 사용하면 데이터 연결이 되지 않습니다.
어플을 이용할 때만 데이터 사용이 안되어 다른 어플 이용이 어렵습니다. 와이파이인 경우에만 해당 어플과 다른 어플을 동시에 사용할 수 있어서 혹시 해당 어플에서 실행시 다른 데이터를 차단하는 기능이 있는건 아닌지 문의드립니다. 업데이트한 이후로 이래서 버그는 아닌지 체크해주세요.
연결 시간 좀 늘려주세요.
2시간마다 재연결하기 너무 귀찮아요. 4시가마다 재연결하게끔 해주시면 안되나요?? 재연결해야하는 시간 좀 늘려주세요.
셀룰러일때 연결 안됨니다
최근 업데이트 이후에 셀룰러 연결일때만 재단정중 이라고 나오면서 안됨니다.
재단정중 해결 부탁 드립니다
vpn 실행시키고 사내 홈페이지로 이동하면 연결해제 되고 재단정중 이라는 메세지 뜹니다
ios15 셀룰러에서 접속 안됨.

It works with wifi but not with LTE
VPN connectivity is solid when using with wifi connection but it doesnt work when it is connected only LTE. Please fix it
