This app is never working they need to update it

This app really needs work since the update it seems to work less than it did before. What’s the purpose of having a remote stater that only works perhaps one third of the time?

After awhile it stopped working.

I use this app all of the time! I can’t tell you what a convenience it is to be able to cool the car from inside of a store! When it gets over 100 degrees outside, it is so nice to be able to get into a cool car. I also love the way the app reminds me if my car has been left unlocked. I have had this happen multiple times when unloading groceries or loading for a trip. It’s wonderful to get a reminder that the car is unlocked and to be able to correct the problem without having to go outside. Lastly, it is really convenient to be able to lock the car and then turn on the air if I need to dash in to a business and leave my service dog in the car. I can be assured she is safely tethered in the back seat and the car is locked and cool.

Not good

The app for the most part is great. So convenient. But if your car gets towed, it doesn’t show your cars current location. To give you a little background, my car started smoking, I’m not sure why yet, so I pulled over to a gas station. I left it there and it got towed to a different location but the app still shows it’s at the gas station. Maybe if I started the engine, it would update, but I can’t do that when it’s not ok right now. A chop shop could be done with my car and I wouldn’t know.

I just wish that when I use the remote feature, the disclaimer would consistently come up first.

I think it’s so funny that they can’t say that it’s a remote start, but rather that it’s climate control and that the engine will start for that. So woke. Also, it’s so interesting that the example of directions for this app is for Columbia University during it’s anti-American anti-Jewish, woke hipster dipsh*t meltdown….

This APP is horrible. It always says my car is driving when it is sitting in my garage or driveway. It’s always trying to connect and says to try again and the. I go outside and the car is on. Could be very dangerous if my car was in the garage. This APP needs some serious bug fixes or upgrades. For the amount of money we pay to use this APP, it should never fail. FIX THIS ASAP!!!!
