Jaguar Remote

The app tells me that I need an updated version so I go to the App Store which tells me that I have the latest available version and invites me to open the app…. now go back to the beginning of this paragraph again and continue reading to see what happens next… Shame no stars is not an option.

Great app. it can start engine and start climate. But can’t seem to warm seats and steering wheel. Maybe this F Pace hasn’t got this facility.

The app is poor,it tells me my car is unlocked when it isn’t,it tells me I’m driving the car when I’m not which means I can’t use the pre-start features,sometimes the remote start works other times it don’t,it’s way below the quality I would expect from Jaguar and the major reason I will look into Jaguars competitors when I look for a new car

Jaguar Remote is exactly what you need, so simple to operate and has excreting you need! Would not be without it!

Alarm keeps going off when setting pre climate

The remote features are helpful, and the ability to lock doors and pre-heat the car is excellent. This isn't a bad app, but it could be improved if it showed the charge history in KwH so you can better understand how much an EV charge costs, especially when using public charging. It would also be good if it could calculate how many miles you can get on a typical charge. It would need to record the outside temperature and factor this in, as it has a huge impact on the range in cooler weather.

Great idea. Warms the cabin but not the leather seats. Please modify the app to enable heated seats to be delayed.

I am more than disappointed with this App, I am in the middle of a really important meeting app says doors unlocked, I sign in push lock car wait and wait nothing, still says unlocked Leave the meeting go to car it’s locked standing next to car push lock still nothing manually unlock car and lock app still says unlocked. Shut app and phone go back to meeting. Later still says car unlocked when car still locked tried beep and Flash didn’t work uninstalled app reinstalled still the same. This app is pretty useless I have tried to use this for eight years it more often than not says vehicle asleep when not saying that it does not work when charging I click to stop it before going 100% it still carries on to max, it is really rubbish for a brand of this standard
