You order. Restaurant does not prepare your food for more 1 hour. You cannot cancel the order. You cannot reach customer service. You loose time and money. Delivery charges are too high.

When problems happen very difficult to contact them, so poor

I get an error that says “only one result is allowed for fetchOne calls”. My friends tried and get the same error

The most terrible food app I’ve ever encountered. Both times I’ve ordered I’ve had major issues like super long delivery time or restaurant or super long pending time (I had already paid). There is zero customer service options for English speaking. Drivers phones never work. Expats should avoid!

I had an issue where for some reason the phone sent wrong location to the rider. The rider was rude unable to communicate and couldn’t explain where he was. I asked the rider where the food was and asked him to leave it at the location or return to restaurant. At that point he screamed at me in some language other than English and Arabic. So he sent me a photo of the delivery location. I went to the location and couldn’t see where my food was. When I raised this complaint to the customer service the only reply I got was that location is customer responsibility. I understand that, but rider rudeness or him throwing away my food or eating it or whatever he did with it has to be dealt with. I will be staying away from this application till my issue is addressed or resolved.

Horrible application

No delivery estimation time and take for ever to get the order

With recent update all the restaurants I used to order from suddenly disappeared. Only fast food within 1-2km away from me are available. Why?
