They are frauds
While I was ordering, I changed my mined after it told me the absurd price it gave me as it gave me the option to pay cash or knet
After that I closed my basket and it arrived at my door and and told me to pay cash after (by the time I ordered something different with knet) I told the driver the situation and said it was fine and he said he was going to return it
They made me pay for it even though I didn’t order it
Plus I didn’t eat it
This disgusts me and I want my money back now

الخدمة سيئه وليمكن إلغاء أو تعديل الطلب والتواصل عندهم يمتغير يعني ممكن تشوف التوصيل مجاني أو بسعر وبعد ماتطلعب تلقاهم مغيرين السعر ويحولون للفروع على كيفهم ماتقدر تحدد

كل يوم افكر اطلب عن طريقكم اواجه مشاكل كثير احيان الطلب يتم الغاءه بشكل مباشر او يتم قبوله و بقاء وقت طويل ،في مره سابقه انتظرت لاكثر من ساعه و لم يصل لي الطلب و انا جائع منتظر لا اعرف هل تم الغاءه لاذهب لاي مطعم قريب و اشبع جوعي او انتظر للسائق و دائماً مشاكل و الاسواء انه لا يوجد خدمة عملاء سوا رقم واحد كل مره اتصل عليه ما يرد و اتصل و انتظر جنابكم تتنزلوا تردوا عليا … اذا كنت باشحت منكم الاكل ما تعاملون العميل بهذا اللا مبالاه

Worst delivery app in the kingdom!
Talking about the app itself, it is absolutely the worst. It will bombard you with advertising notifications and we have no option to turn it off. I really don’t want to get promotional notifications on my phone 10+ times per day. I get more notifications from this app than any other social app and this is just ridiculous. We either have to just accept this forced advertisement or turn off the notifications for the entire app all together, which means we can’t get the important notifications such as status of the order. I am uninstalling.
