Never connect in app random pressing the Siri when only right earpiece is in use

聽過就知乜嘢叫做冇得輸！

Overall i like and enjoy the entertainment given by this great product! Though my x3 seems to be on its overrunning, still i will persue jaybird’s earphone after it. But i wanna reflect some probably bug i am having recently having. It plays the next song right after one, there is a “beep” sound and the volume goes to the top automatically.... That really scare my heart out.

Too many accounts to remember

Everything is fine with the app until suddenly I'm no longer able to set the customised button control on my earphones to skip a track / play previous track- which is something I consider to be the most fundamental function of a pair of Bluetooth earphones-- especially I'm using them in between activities that require me to be hand-free a lot of the time! Please enable this settings under custom button control again..

My jaybird run can't connect to the app

The newest run xt not playing good. Bluetooth connection drops on every time while playing music in less than an hour. Also when you receive voice message on WhatsApp or WeChat, it won’t play the audio on headset. I think it may fixable on software update in future. As for now, poor product without testing well before release on market.

While playing PUBG, it happened much delay such as shooting but the sound not in same time. Very bad experience!
