Unable to pair Jaybird run. Lousy apps. Tried reset reinstall etc. still unable. iPhone 13 pro ios 15

I like it apps can help me improve the sound quality when I listen a song and enjoy my life.

Excellent! Easy to used app which is great. UI is great and the ability to download and try different EQ settings is the shining gem, also ability to locate your buds is always nice. Great Job Jaybird!

Seriously. They break as soon as your warranty finishes. Expensive. Not readily available. Their support people are fine. Polite. Response fast. I have no beef with them. The app is ok i guess? A lot of stuff that i don’t use. It’s the product itself. Horrible.

After updating the app it stopped recognizing my Tarah.

My X4 able to connect to my iPhone 6s Plus via bluetooth and Jaybird Run app for one time only. Subsequent use, I am able to connect X4 to my phone but unable to connect to Jaybird Run app. Please fix this. I have even changed a brand new X4 and tested on this matter again. Still it doesn’t work. Very very bad. This is very annoying.

There is always a delay when watching video The sound is play delayed about half a second after the character speak....I’ve tried to update the software and repairing it but the problem still remains....

My jaybird run connect easily to this app on my ipad pro but have hard time connecting with iphone 6. It really annoys me.
