Great brand deserves a great app

I updated 2 days ago and now it won’t let me look at stuff. I’m going to try to reinstall hoping it will help. Ugh

Can gold members hold items in cart for 30 mins while still in shopping mode without someone else beating them to purchasing that last item. Jeez. Stressful. Also since new update 2 days ago I can’t read all reviews posted. Only access is to the first page.

For the past couple months, this app has had issues. I’ve had to open my computer to make orders. I updated it with the latest version, and now items won’t add to my cart. No matter how many times I press “add to bag”, nothing happens.

Terrible app where nothing works. When you click “add to bag”, nothing gets added to the cart. The app says sold out but when you go the website, it’s still available. No customization option for items that can be personalized. Again only available on the website! The discounts are different from what’s listed on the website. Change your App developer J crew! Your customers deserve better!

Cannot view any of the images had to use desktop. Even used friends phone to see if the issue continued and it did. I should not have updated the app considering it made it worse.

When I click on any item it just hangs and never loads the product. Please fix this used to be such a great app.

Try to use the app to purchase however everything I select says SOLD OUT. I go to the website and sure enough the item is in stock. This has been happening for MONTHS!!!

This app hasn’t worked for months. I keep updating and it still doesn’t work.

It is so puzzling why a company with such great style offering classic quality clothing has such a clunky, inefficient app with so many bugs. Can you contact the ppl who manage the Nordstrom app to fix yours? Most of the time when I can even get the app to allow me to surf it, it tells me the item I want to buy is sold out when it isn’t. Minutes later, I go to my desk top and can shop there for the same item.🤷🏼‍♀️Pages load with pictures crooked or cropped awkwardly.
