I’ve been faced a serious problem after I update your application software on my iPhone, I have Jebao wireless pump was connected to the old apps 1.3 and I made the configuration on it. Since I update the apps 1.4 my pump setting didn’t show up, I tried to delete my pump and tried hardly to add it and it’s not appear on my add device why ???! That’s really not good sign !! Please fix it since my configuration deleted already !! Again last update didn’t let us to login??????? 18/1/20 What’s going on with this app Please let us know, it’s not working well at all I can’t see my dosing online at all !!!!

The app is fine if you can get it to connect. DO NOT BUY!

Downloaded app but can’t use because it won’t let me create an account. I follow the instructions (email, create PW, confirm PW, validation code, check box) but there is no button to actually submit!

Can’t even get access to the app just stays at login screen saying accept terms of service and there is absolutely no ware to do so app is useless now I can’t even control my wave maker now because it’s stuck on previous settings in the app horrible software

Would have given it 5 stars but the directions aren’t super clear. Couldn’t understand what interval to set for my dosing pump. I figured it out eventually though. For anyone saying it doesn’t work it’s probably because your not on 2.5ghz band. You can’t be on 5.0. The app works fine.

This doser is ABSOLUTELY horrible! I work as a installer of a nationwide internet provider and this app is junk. It will see the device but not link to my home network. Yes I separated the 2.4 & 5 and all the other step. Going out today to by a reliable brand. No customer aervice at all. No phone number and emailed 3 times with no reply JUNK JUNK !!!!!

The instructions are not up to date with the device settings. It refers to red and green lights with are not on the display unable to connect the app to device

Wont even be able to make an account.

I open the app, tap on a couple things and it litearlly blanks out. Somebody have a solution for this ? I can’t even sign up an account let alone running my pumps.

Fix your stuff!!!!!! I need access to my dosers!!!!!!
