Joke of an airline
Never flying again. App is sub standard too.
Would be great if I could sign up/ sign in
Unable to sign up to new account or sign in to partners account. Really frustrating. Did you even test out this feature before releasing this update?? Terrible.
Racist bigoted indefensible behaviour
Who would want to download this app, let alone fly this bigoted, racist airline that defends and justifies the abhorrent treatment of the two Muslim ladies. The flight attendant lied. There was no filming. She made that up after she told her colleagues that she didn't like the way they stared at her!!
QR woes
Boarding pass QR code doesn’t always enlarge
New update made it glitchy
The recent update made this app very glitchy. I fly enough that I have priority security. Before when you checked in, you could send the boarding pass to your wallet and it would have the arrows indicating priority security. Now there is no way to do this and the boarding pass doesn’t show the arrows. I had to get cleared by customer service. The whole point of priority security is to save me time but this update has had me running around the airport. This is the only thing wrong with the app. Otherwise I love the convenience of it.
Terrible
The app not only lets you book flights, but you can also fry an egg on your phone because the app makes it so hot.
iPhone 16 login/check-in issues
09-22-2024: “Get okta token failed”. Logging in on the new phone still works from safari or other web browsers but the app despite entering the correct verification code is not working. Please fix, I’m Mosiac 2 and fly frequently. 09-24- 2024: There was an update yesterday and I was hoping this would fix the issue. The “get Otka token failed” message is no longer showing, however now it’s saying “Your session is expired, please try again.” This is on the latest IOS18 on iPhone 16 pro max. Please fix this I need access to my tickets. 12-19-2024: Am able to log in now. However, I am still unable to check-in to my flight in the app, only on the web via safari on iPhone. Please fix!

Impossible to follow and understand
Absolutely horrible, app crashes when you scan passports
You should probably fire your entire development team, app crashes on 2 different devices when you try to scan passport!!!
